Retuns & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window We want you and your pets to love your Norvellify gear. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Hemp Calming Chews can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods Please inspect your order upon reception. If the Electric Spin Scrubber or any electronic item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
